I never put my home address anymore, they just need your name, city and email address. And dont use your regular email in case it is a scam, get a new email for things like this
$14/hr sounds too high for a receptionist, those are usually minimum wage jobs

It’s Friday night, and you and a friend have been planning an evening out. You made a reservation at Bella’s Mia’s, the newest restaurant in town, and purchased two tickets to an outdoor music concert. Your plans were to first have dinner and then proceed to the concert. Unfortunately, when you arrived at the restaurant, your table was not ready, and you were forced to wait an additional 30 minutes before being seated. You expressed your displeasure with the hostess who advised you to complete a comment card. To make matters worse, dinner arrived late, and you needed to eat quickly. As a result of this experience, you missed the first hour of the concert an decided to write a letter to the manager.
Describe the situation, clearly and fully explain why this situation warrants an apology and/or compensation and suggest a possible solution(s).
Express a consistent, formal, diplomatic tone through purposeful word choice, sentence structure, and punctuation.

Ok, so basically all you have to do is describe the points about not being properly served and then perhaps you want to end by asking for something (like–i believe it to be fair to _____, example get a free meal here / or an apology)

I am writing to you to describe the recent experience I had at your restaurant. I enjoyed the food immensely; however, I was displeased with the amount of time it took to receive seating and our meals. I had called in a reservation prior to the date, which was ____. I was under the impression that we would be seated immediately. When we arrived, though, there was a thirty minute wait for our table. My companion and I were planning to attend an outdoor music concert right after dinner, and we were a bit worried about the timing. We, therefore, were very concerned when our dinner did not arrive in a timely manner. It took ___ minutes to be served after ordering! We hurried to the concert after rushing through the food, and arrived at the concert an hour late. I was particularly upset that I did not have the time to properly enjoy my food, which was excellently prepared.
